The Kings Arms, which was rebuilt in 1930 by brewers Mann, Crossman & Paulin, is on CAMRA's National Inventory of Pub Interiors of Outstanding Historic Interest.

Many of the original features remain including a glazed-in Publican's Office in the middle of the servery. There are only 9 other pubs in London with a glazed-in Publican's Office that CAMRA is aware of.

The Kings Arms featured on the Daytime Crawl of Middlesex in February 2007, and the Down the Uxbridge Road: Daytime Crawl of West Middlesex in June 2014.
