Duke of Edinburgh

The Duke of Edinburgh
204 Ferndale Road
Brixton
SW9 8AG

Built in the 1930s, the Duke of Edinburgh is a wonderful red brick Trumans pub.

In addition to an impressive exterior, the pub also boasts the following interior features:

Light-coloured oak woodwork
Chequerwork spittoon trough (rear area of the pub)
Mirrors over the fireplaces
An inglenook that includes a Tudor-arched fireplace

Look out for where a sliding screen would have originally divided the rear areas of the pub.

The Duke of Edinburgh also has an extensive rear beer garden.
