Grapes
The Grapes39 Fairfield Street
Wandsworth
SW18 1DX
Although this Good Beer Guide regular is not one of London's Real Heritage Pubs, it is a grade II listed building.
The interior retains some original glazing and mirrors, and a very strange carved wooden back-fitting in the servery. The pot shelf probably dates from the 1960s or 70s. If the weather is fine you might like to see the garden. If you are lucky, Guinness, the resident cat, may pay you a visit.
The Grapes featured on LPGs' Evening Crawl of Wandsworth and Battersea in April 2013.
