Although this nineteenth century former dairy and shop is not on the Regional Inventory, it is a grade II listed building.

The building won the Geoffrey Gribble Memorial Conservation Award according to a plaque near the window by the Hanley Road entrance.

The Old Dairy featured on Queens, Earls and Tories: Daytime Crawl of Hornsey, Crouch End, Crouch Hill and Harringay in February 2014.
