Although this pub is not a statutorily listed building, it is locally listed. Unfortunately, Hackney’s local list does not have full descriptions. It simply says “Georgian public house”. The pub has a surviving door lobby but the windows are now completely plain and modern. There are some remnants of wooden wall panelling and a single, slender cast iron pillar also remains.
