Although this pub is not a listed building, it is on the Campaign for Real Ale’s (CAMRA) Local Inventory with an interior of local historic interest. It is a characterful passageway pub retaining leaded windows, characteristic of the inter-war Youngers pubs designed by Quilter. The ceiling with its Tudor roses is also notable.
