Although this pub is not statutorily listed, it is a distinguished detached early to mid-20th-century building with an ornate exterior. Inside it has been opened up to form a single room with wood-panelled walls and good fireplaces. Note also the 1970s Double Diamond illuminated advert in the bar-back.
