This pub, which is in the Campaign for Real Ale’s (CAMRA) 2011 Good Beer Guide, dates from 1810. Although it is not a listed building, it has a traditional interior with a chunky bar counter and mirrored wooden bar-back with a central built-in clock over the entrance to the office.
