This is a Victorian corner pub that retains some of its original features. These include an original bar counter with matchboard panelling; full height matchboard panelling on the walls; bar back cum stillion; and an ornately capitaled supporting column. Of particular note is mosaic tiled flooring bearing the pub's name, as well as some attractive Victorian tiling, including three plain panels, just inside the entrance on the right.

The Carpenter's Arms has yet to feature on a LPG crawl.
