Dacre Arms

11 Kingswood Place
Lewisham
SE13 5BU

Although this pub is not a listed building, it is on the Campaign for Real Ale’s (CAMRA) Local Inventory with an interior of local historic interest, and the description is as follows: "This is a classic backstreet pub. Much of the interior fittings date from a 1970s refit, including the bar counter and the screening that separates the pub into smaller areas. This refit also moved the new bar counter to the left of the room, rather than where the previous one was sited across the centre of the room. There used to be a jug and bottle bar on the left, in the area now occupied by the ladies lavatory. Some might argue that this is a better use of the space. The three quarter height fielded panelling on all the walls, plus the two fireplaces surmounted by Tudor arches, are inter-war features."

The Dacre Arms has yet to feature on a LPG pub tour.
