This Victorian pub has an historic interior of local importance and retains a number of its original fittings.
Notable features to look out for include:
- The middle section of the pub's original bar counter
- Publican's office with multi-glazed panes
- A terrazzo spittoon trough
- The walls feature some fine gilt and cut glass mirrors
- The back wall has original panelling with plain mirrors
- A glazed partition between the public bar and the dining room (formally the billiard room)
The dining room includes original panelled dados and a wonderful Victorian wood surround fireplace.
