1. Turk's Head

Arrive: 12.00 Noon.

Directions to next pub: Although the next pub on the crawl is the official lunch stop you may wish to eat here and catch up later as they serve a wide-ranging choice of meals. On leaving the pub, turn right and walk down Winchester Road to the junction with Bridge Road, turn left and walk down Bridge Road to the junction with St Margaret's Road. Turn right into St Margaret's Road and walk along St Margaret's Road to the junction with Crown Road. Turn right and walk down Crown Road to the junction with Richmond Road. Directions to next pub: Turn left out of the pub and follow the pavement round to the zebra crossing. Onward travel: On leaving the pub, return to the Lower Marsh Lane bus stop in Lingfield Avenue for buses to Surbiton railway station (route K1). ALTERNATIVELY, turn left out of the pub and walk round the corner to the stop in Villiers Road, also named Lower Marsh Lane (NOT shown on the map!) for buses K1 or K4 to Kingston bus and rail stations.
