On leaving the pub, turn right and walk down Winchester Road to the junction with Bridge Road, turn left and walk down Bridge Road to the junction with St Margaret's Road. Turn right into St Margaret's Road and walk along St Margaret's Road to the junction with Crown Road. Turn right and walk down Crown Road to the junction with Richmond Road. Onward travel: On leaving the pub, return to the Lower Marsh Lane bus stop in Lingfield Avenue for buses to Surbiton railway station (route K1). The book has descriptions and photographs of all 156 pubs that were on the London Regional Inventory when the book was published.
