This pub is a survival as it is a rare example of a Youngs post-war pub that has survived their draconian policy of disposal or demolition. Like the Sir Colin Campbell, it is not a listed building but it does have an interior recognised by CAMRA as being of local importance.

The Queens Arms featured on the Revivals and Survivals: Daytime Crawl of Willesden Green, Cricklewood, Brondesbury, Kilburn and St John's Wood on 23 February 2019, and the Kilburn and the High Roads: Daytime Crawl of Cricklewood, Brondesbury and Kilburn in October 2014.
